Office Assistant for a Busy Law Firm
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our busy law firm in Lom, with a salary of $1400 per month. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, filing documents, and assisting with client inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Managing schedules and coordinating appointments
- Maintaining client files and organizing documents
- Assisting with client inquiries and providing outstanding customer service
- Preparing legal documents such as contracts and briefs
- Managing office supplies and ordering when necessary
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
