We are in search of a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our bakery team in St-Petersburg. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods according to set recipes and standards. You must have prior experience working as a baker and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings for baked goods
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked according to specifications
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings, toppings, or fillings
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional baker
- Familiarity with various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision
