Handyman in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and replacing parts
- Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants regarding maintenance needs

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have own tools for completing repairs
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
