Machine Operator (Contract)


We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk on a contract basis. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth running and identify any issues
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or technical problems that arise during production
- Keep accurate records of production data and machine maintenance logs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in operating machinery preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping

Working Conditions:
