Administrative Assistant

We are a multinational company located in Dukhan, seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records and databases. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong computer skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. As an Indian national living in Dukhan with fluency in English, you will be a valuable asset to our diverse team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.
