Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Ufa. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You must have at least 3 years of experience in project management and be able to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Monitor project expenses and ensure they stay within budget
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and performance for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing projects in different industries is a plus
