- Set up and operate manual and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of machining principles and processes
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating machine tools or working in a manufacturing environment
