Plumber Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Technician to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include reading blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with building codes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of plumbing techniques and materials, as well as the ability to work independently. You must also have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints to determine layout of plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services and gather necessary information
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Maintain a clean work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Plumber Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy equipment/tools up to 50lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must have own tools
- Must have own transportation
