Skilled Plasterboard Worker


As a skilled plasterboard worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboards to create smooth and even walls and ceilings. You will work on both commercial and residential projects in the city of Vianden. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in plasterboard installation and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboard materials and their uses
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to plasterboard work
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboards according to specifications provided by blueprints or supervisors
- Tape, seal, sand, and finish joints between plasterboards to create smooth surfaces
- Repair any damaged or uneven areas by patching or replacing plasterboards
- Install insulation or soundproofing materials behind the plasterboards as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites
- Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding any issues or changes in the project plans

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Relevant certification or training in plasterboard installation is an asset
- Experience working with different types of drywall systems such as suspended ceilings is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Adaptable to working in different environments such as residential homes, office buildings, or industrial sites
