We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Factory Line Worker to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the quality of products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate production equipment efficiently and safely
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Meet production targets and adhere to deadlines
- Participate in training sessions as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
- Fluent in Croatian (reading, writing, speaking)
- Available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:

This is an on-site position located in Osijek, Croatia.
