As a Contract Moderator in Chelyabinsk, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online communities and forums. You will review user-generated content, enforce community guidelines, and moderate discussions to ensure a respectful and safe environment for all participants. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review user-generated content for appropriateness and flag any violations
- Engage with users through comments, messages, and posts to maintain an active and positive community
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in community engagement
- Implement crisis management procedures when necessary
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in internet culture

Requirements:
- Proven experience in community management or moderation
- Strong understanding of online communities, social media platforms, and internet culture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Familiarity with crisis management procedures
- Fluency in Russian is preferred
