Sous Chef

We are in search of a skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, inventory management, and assisting with special events. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. Russian citizenship or work permit is preferred but not required.
