Executive Chef


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at our renowned restaurant in Chelyabinsk. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative menus, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that showcase local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer satisfaction
- Continuously monitor guest feedback to improve menu offerings and dining experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Passion for creating unique and high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, food cost control, and kitchen management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month based on experience.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in the vibrant city of Chelyabinsk. This city is known for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and thriving food scene. The ideal candidate would be willing to relocate or already reside in Chelyabinsk.
