Land Surveyor Assistant

As a land surveyor assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist the lead surveyor in collecting and analyzing data to determine accurate measurements of land and properties. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will also assist in setting up survey equipment, maintaining records and documentation, and conducting research on property boundaries. Responsibilities:
- Assist lead surveyor in collecting data using survey equipment such as levels, GPS receivers, and total stations
- Conduct research on property boundaries using maps, deeds, and other legal documents
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

- Help set up equipment at job sites
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
