Interpreter (Russian-English) in Ufa, Russia


We are hiring a skilled Interpreter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between Russian and English speakers. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and accurate communication by accurately interpreting verbal and written messages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting conversations, meetings, documents, and other forms of communication between Russian and English speakers
- Providing accurate and clear translations to ensure effective communication
- Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity during all interactions
- Researching and staying updated on relevant terminology to ensure accurate translations
- Assisting with cultural understanding and sensitivity when necessary
- Proofreading translated materials for accuracy and grammar

Requirements:
- Fluency in both Russian and English languages
- Proven experience as an Interpreter or similar role
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivities between Russian and English speakers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Proficient in using translation tools such as dictionaries, glossaries, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or related field preferred but not required
- Relevant certification is a plus (e.g. ATA certification)
- Familiarity with industry terminology is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this position is $1100 per month without accommodation. We also offer free visa processing and travel ticket reimbursement.
