Head Pastry Chef



Our renowned bakery in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled and passionate Head Pastry Chef to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our pastry department. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu of delicious pastries, cakes, and desserts while ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new pastry recipes based on customer demand, seasonal ingredients, and market trends
- Oversee all aspects of the pastry department including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and controlling costs
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency in quality and presentation of pastries
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet health code standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders for special events or catering services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
- A strong passion for creating unique and delicious pastries using a variety of techniques and ingredients
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with opportunities for growth within our expanding company.
