Baker - Pastry Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Baker with a passion for creating delicious pastries to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pies, cookies, and other pastries. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in helping us maintain our reputation for high-quality and tasty treats.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of pastries according to recipes
- Decorate cakes and other desserts with creative designs
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked properly and at the correct temperature
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment after each shift
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan menu items and specials
- Assist with training new bakers or pastry chefs
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef (1+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of different types of doughs, fillings, icings, and decorations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Attention to detail and creativity in design
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
