We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time Industrial Architect to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design requirements for industrial buildings.
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed projects.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans.
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or site conditions.
- Research and incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient principles into designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials and construction techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Industrial Architect.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience working on industrial projects in Russia.
- Fluency in Russian language.
