Merchandiser - Ajman, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising plans for each store
- Negotiate with store managers to secure prime shelf space for products
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Train store staff on product features and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and address any issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Indian market trends and consumer preferences is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (full-time)
