Merchandiser in El-Ain, UAE



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of product displays and promotions in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and source products that align with market trends and customer preferences
- Create attractive product displays that highlight the features and benefits of our products
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend action plans
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competition
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be willing to relocate to El-Ain, UAE
