We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Moscow. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that discussions and interactions within our online community are respectful, appropriate, and in line with our company's values. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our community members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions within the online community to ensure they adhere to our company's guidelines
- Review flagged content or reported users to determine if further action is necessary
- Respond to user inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a moderator or community manager
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy

Salary:
This is a full-time position paying $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Moscow. Applicants must be willing to work from our office location.
