Salary: 1300 USD/month (negotiable)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials and objects on construction sites or in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes according to safety regulations and company policies
- Perform pre-operational inspections on cranes and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Safely lift and move heavy materials and objects to designated locations using precise controls and hand signals from ground crew
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations accordingly
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and maintenance performed on cranes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate lifts and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator license/certification is required (Russian certification preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and load charts for safe crane operation
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operation
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift heavy loads as necessary
- Good communication skills with fluency in Russian (basic English proficiency preferred)
