Junior Construction Manager


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Ufa. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and management of construction projects. This includes overseeing the budget, scheduling, and quality control of projects, as well as coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficiency in project management software

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans
- Maintain project documentation and report on progress to senior management
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Assist with cost estimation and budget tracking

This position offers a salary of $1600 per month along with a free visa and ticket. We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of construction management. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Ufa.
