Entry Level Equipment Operator in Izhevsk

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment, including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will also be responsible for following safety protocols and ensuring proper maintenance of the equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Ensure safe operation of equipment by following all safety protocols and guidelines
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operation
- Keep track of daily production and report any issues or delays
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Adhere to environmental regulations while performing duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required for freshers
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety
