Head Chef in Al-Malikiyah

Our restaurant in Al-Malikiyah is seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, creating menus, managing food inventory and ordering, and training and supervising kitchen staff. Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create and develop new menus while also maintaining popular dishes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel (if applicable)
- Graduates from culinary schools preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal menus that incorporate fresh, local ingredients
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure freshness and cost-effectiveness
- Train new kitchen staff on menu items, cooking techniques, safety procedures, etc.
- Supervise kitchen staff during service times to maintain quality control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and make suggestions for menu improvements
