IT Manager


We are in search of a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Ufa. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and management of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of technology within the company
- Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems by implementing necessary measures and protocols
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and telecommunication systems
- Manage IT projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Identify areas for improvement in our current systems and processes and make recommendations for enhancements
- Provide technical support to all employees as needed
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the industry to ensure our company remains competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, hardware/software installation and configuration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Location:
This position is located in Ufa. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
