We are in need of a skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Ufa. As the part-time IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your main duties will include managing and maintaining our hardware, software, network, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's IT systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system stability
- Manage hardware and software upgrades, installations, and maintenance
- Monitor network activity to ensure smooth functioning and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities
- Provide technical support to all employees as needed
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data integrity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
