We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements. You will lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project
- Review designs and plans for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving solutions as needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Prepare reports on project status, budget updates, and any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
