We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project feasibility and quality
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Oversee the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide guidance to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
