We are currently hiring for the position of Junior Network and Systems Administrator in our company based in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and system performance to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with network or system functionality
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology solutions
- Provide technical support to end users
- Conduct security audits and implement necessary measures to protect against cyber threats
- Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory management
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
