Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress on construction sites and make necessary adjustments to designs if needed
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and make recommendations for renovations or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices related to industrial buildings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and other professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on industrial projects in Russia or Eastern Europe
