- Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels are maintained
- Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- A creative approach to menu development while also considering cost effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is an asset)
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
