Job Title: Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of formworkers in the construction industry. Your main duties will include planning and organizing the work of formworkers, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be responsible for training new formworkers and providing guidance to ensure efficient and effective work practices.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a formworker and possess strong leadership skills. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the work of formworkers to meet project deadlines
- Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets industry standards
- Provide guidance and support to formworkers to improve their skills and productivity
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, time spent, and progress made on projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a formworker in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
