Part-Time Moderator (Ufa, Russia)



We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Moderator to join our growing team in Ufa, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and ensuring that the platform is free from inappropriate content.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and review user-generated content for any violations of community guidelines
- Respond to user reports and inquiries in a timely manner
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful online environment
- Provide feedback to the team on any emerging trends or issues within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for handling difficult situations
- Help foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere through active participation in discussions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in content moderation or community management preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in user behavior
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation.
