Moderator for Online Community (Ufa, Russia)


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Moderator for our online community based in Ufa, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the discussions and interactions within our community platform.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content within the community platform
- Engage with members by responding to comments and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment within the community by enforcing community guidelines and rules
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate actions to resolve them
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for increasing engagement and growing the community

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian language (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passionate about online communities and social media
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- No prior experience required - we are open to hiring freshers who are eager to learn!
