Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have previous administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Abu Dhabi
