We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Ufa. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems on residential and commercial buildings. This is a part-time position suitable for all levels, with the potential to work as an independent contractor if you have your own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the best location for solar panels and other components
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Connect wiring and perform electrical work to integrate the system with the building's existing electrical system
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and efficiently within established timelines

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in solar installation is preferred
- Previous experience working as a Solar Installer or in a related field (e.g. electrician, construction)
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods; understanding of solar panel installation techniques is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Physically fit and able to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
