Job Title: Florist

Our floral boutique in Bayan is seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. Your main duties will include sourcing and selecting flowers, designing arrangements, and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for flowers and a keen eye for design. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively understand and interpret the needs of our clients. Previous experience in floral design and knowledge of different types of flowers is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Source and select fresh flowers from local suppliers
- Create unique floral arrangements for various occasions
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and needs
- Provide guidance on flower selection based on budget and occasion
- Arrange flowers according to established design principles
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure freshness of flowers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new floral designs

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and care instructions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to create unique floral designs that meet client's expectations
- Strong time-management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Creative flair with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
