Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday celebrations. Your creativity and eye for detail will be essential in designing arrangements that meet our clients' specific preferences and budget. You will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies, as well as keeping track of expenses to ensure profitability. This is a contract position suitable for experienced florists looking to showcase their talent in an English speaking environment. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This opportunity is open to both men and women with a passion for floristry.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Bayan, Kuwait (preference for Indian nationals)

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist or floral designer
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in various floral design techniques
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral arrangements according to clients' preferences and budget
- Order flowers and supplies from various vendors
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other materials
- Keep track of expenses to ensure profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients
- Assist with set up and clean up at events if needed
- Stay updated on current trends in the floral industry
