Smelter Operator


The Smelter Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment in our Osijek facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in smelting and metallurgy, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. They should be detail-oriented and have the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the smelting process. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor smelting equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates during the smelting process
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform routine maintenance on smelting equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training in metallurgy is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the smelting industry
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics related to smelting equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location:
This position is located at our Osijek facility. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1100 per month.
