Entry Level Web Designer


We are searching for a talented and creative entry level web designer to join our growing team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing website layouts using industry standard software
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of designs
- Creating graphics, icons, and other visual elements for websites
- Conducting user research to understand target audience and incorporate their preferences into designs
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Communicating with clients to understand their design requirements and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as graphic design or web development
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and responsive design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
