Contract Architectural Designer
Location: Izhevsk, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Contract Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the field of architecture and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create architectural plans and drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and 3D models
- Ensure designs are compliant with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex designs and blueprints
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Izhevsk, Russia. However, candidates from other cities or countries are also welcome to apply.
