A luxury hotel in Jizan is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts, as well as strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods
- Design and decorate cakes for special occasions
- Develop new recipes and menu items
- Ensure high quality standards are met for all baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:

Location:
This position is located in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate if necessary.
