Job Title: Barista

We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving various types of coffee drinks, as well as other beverages and snacks. Your main duties will include taking orders from customers, preparing drinks according to their preferences, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are passionate about coffee and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Ensure quality control by following recipe guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep the work area clean and presentable at all times
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders
- Restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks is an advantage
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1000 per month
