Experienced Barista


We are a busy café located in Dar Kulaib and we are currently looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Ensure quality control by properly grinding, tamping, and brewing coffee
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the espresso machine, workstations, and dining area
- Keep track of inventory and place orders for supplies when needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
