Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with proven leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members
- Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profits
- Prepare weekly schedules for staff based on business needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
