Part-Time Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Ufa on a part-time basis. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical structures and buildings by conducting thorough assessments and providing recommendations for restoration and conservation. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical structures and buildings to determine their condition
- Develop preservation plans and provide recommendations for restoration and conservation
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation plans are executed successfully
- Research historical background of structures to inform preservation efforts
- Monitor ongoing restoration projects to ensure compliance with preservation standards
- Create detailed reports documenting assessment findings, preservation plans, and project progress
- Stay up-to-date on preservation techniques, materials, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture, preservation techniques, materials, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough assessments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have own visa and be legally eligible to work in Ufa

Salary: 1700$ per month (based on experience)
