We are hiring an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked correctly in retail stores. Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to check inventory levels and product placement
- Ensure that products are displayed according to company standards and guidelines
- Restock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness and attractiveness
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove any expired items from shelves
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Communicate with the merchandising team about any stock shortages or damaged products
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- No previous experience is necessary, but some retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary: $1000 per month
