We are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, without accommodation. We offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates and this is an urgent position.

Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores to set up and maintain product displays according to company guidelines
- Ensure products are adequately stocked, tagged, and priced correctly
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs
- Implement promotional strategies and ensure displays are eye-catching to attract customers
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement or promotions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, relevant education or experience preferred
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in retail sales is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, and bend or reach frequently
