We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Moscow. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and manage the overall IT strategy for the company
- Ensure the smooth operation of all hardware, software and network systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Manage IT staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Develop, implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT industry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient use of technology in business processes
- Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management for all IT equipment and software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management position
- Proven experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud computing
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

Location: This position is based in Moscow but open to all nationalities. We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with free visa and ticket.
